Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups wheat flour Great Value®
  • 1 cup Water
  • 11 grams dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Great Value® salt
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cups spinach, cut into strips
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl mix the flour with water, add the yeast, salt and knead until incorporated.
Add the olive oil and knead for 10 more minutes until you have a dough. Let rest until it doubles its volume.
In a pan over medium heat heat the oil and add the onion, spinach, cream cheese, season with salt and pepper.
On a floured surface, spread the dough to a thickness of 4 mm and cut into a circle with a diameter of 30 cm.
Add the spinach preparation, add the mozarella cheese and close as if it were a pie, make 3 cuts to let the dough breathe. Bake for 20 minutes.

Voy a intentarla, soy amateur en la cocina. Solo una pequeña observación (con todo mi respeto); en los ingredientes no está el aceite de oliva, cuando debo agregar?
