Pizza de Pepperoni con Orilla de Queso

For your next meeting or romantic dinner, surprise your guests with this classic Pepperoni Pizza recipe with Stuff Crust.

It will be ready in a short time and the best thing of all is that you can make the dough with a mixture of Italian spices to give it much more flavor. In addition, the most special touch for this homemade pizza will be the crust stuffed with cheese.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 5 cups of flour 600 g (21 oz )
  • 10 grams of dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 Cup of Water lukewarm
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 4 spoonfuls of olive oil 40 ml (1.35 oz)
  • enough of flour to extend
  • 15 pieces of mozzarella cheese on sticks
  • 1 Cup of tomato sauce
  • 2 cups of cheese Manchego and cheddar
  • enough of pepperoni
  • enough of vegetable oil to glaze

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C (357 °F)
    In a clean surface, form a volcano with the flour and in the center add the yeast, sugar, salt, water and mix a bit until integrating. Add oregano, olive oil and work until integrated.
    With your hands, knead until you have a soft and elastic dough.
    In a previously greased bowl, place the dough and leave to ferment until it doubles its size.
    On a floured surface, spread the dough, measure the pizza tray you are using and cut the dough a little larger than the size of the dough (about 2 cm). Arrange the mozzarella cheese sticks on the edges and cover them with the dough. Glue the ends pressing lightly to close.
    Pour a little sauce, add the cheese mixture, pepperoni, varnish the crust with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked.
    Cut a slice and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    On a wooden board, accompanied by hot sauce and a refreshing drink.

    TIPS

    You can make a mixture of Italian spices and mix them with the dough to give it much more flavor.
