Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza

For your next meeting or romantic dinner, surprise your guests with this classic Pepperoni Pizza recipe with Stuff Crust.

It will be ready in a short time and the best thing of all is that you can make the dough with a mixture of Italian spices to give it much more flavor. In addition, the most special touch for this homemade pizza will be the crust stuffed with cheese.


6 portions
  • 5 cups flour, 600 g (21 oz )
  • 10 grams dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup Water, lukewarm
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, 40 ml (1.35 oz)
  • enough flour, to extend
  • 15 mozzarella cheese, on sticks
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups cheese, Manchego and cheddar
  • enough pepperoni
  • enough vegetal oil, to glaze


Preheat the oven to 180 °C (357 °F)
In a clean surface, form a volcano with the flour and in the center add the yeast, sugar, salt, water and mix a bit until integrating. Add oregano, olive oil and work until integrated.
With your hands, knead until you have a soft and elastic dough.
In a previously greased bowl, place the dough and leave to ferment until it doubles its size.
On a floured surface, spread the dough, measure the pizza tray you are using and cut the dough a little larger than the size of the dough (about 2 cm). Arrange the mozzarella cheese sticks on the edges and cover them with the dough. Glue the ends pressing lightly to close.
Pour a little sauce, add the cheese mixture, pepperoni, varnish the crust with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked.
Cut a slice and serve.


On a wooden board, accompanied by hot sauce and a refreshing drink.


You can make a mixture of Italian spices and mix them with the dough to give it much more flavor.

A esta receta le falta agua y le sobra sal, le puse mucho 3/4 de cucharada y como quiera la sentí salada, con media cucharada está perfecto. Es muy pesada y dura de amasar. Siento en el sabor a levadura en mi boca :( Es preferible poner el azucar, el agua y la levadura y dejarlo 15 minutos o que esté todo en espuma, despues mezclas el aceite de olvida... y mezclar con lo demás He hecho varias y esta ha sido la que menos me ha gustado :(
