Ingredients

2 portions
  • 4 pumpkins
  • 1 cup whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1/2 cups Nestle media creama
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, grated
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon chicken consommé
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Boil the pumpkins cut in half until they are soft and let them cool and with a spoon remove the pulp from the center.
In a pan add the butter, the corn and the onion cut into strips; fry for 5 min.
Add the half cream and the cream cheese into cubes; let stand.
Fill the pumpkins with the mixture of corn kernels and sprinkle grated Manchego cheese over them. Heat a few seconds in the microwave or in a hob so that the cheese is melted. Serves hot
