Try this delicious burger made with bits of cauliflower and broccoli Eva® with a creamy cilantro dressing, slices of Manchego cheese, strips of purple cabbage seasoned with lemon and delicious slices of avocado. You can not let it pass.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 pieces of potato cooked and pureed
  • 1 1/2 cups of Broccoli Eva® Bits
  • 1 1/2 cups of Cauliflower Eva® Bits
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1/2 Cup of Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 Cup of ground bread
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of garlic powder
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 2 spoonfuls of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 Cup of Greek yoghurt for the dressing
  • 1 Cup of coriander for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice for the dressing
  • 1/2 piece of avocado for the dressing
  • 1 clove of garlic for the dressing
  • to taste of salt and pepper for the dressing
  • 1 Cup of purple cabbage in strips
  • 1/4 of Cup of yellow lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoonful of oregano
  • 6 pieces of hamburger bun
  • 1 piece of beefsteak tomato in slices
  • 6 slices of Manchego cheese
  • 1 piece of avocado in slices

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes with the broccoli and cauliflower Eva® bits, the egg, the cheese, the ground bread, the salt, the pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and the mustard.
    Form the hamburgers with the help of your hands, compacting slightly.
    Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil and fry the burgers on both sides, until the vegetables are cooked and golden brown. Reservation.
    For coriander dressing, in a food processor, process the yogurt with cilantro, lemon, avocado, garlic, salt and pepper until you get a smooth mixture. Reservation.
    In a bowl, mix the cabbage with the yellow lemon juice and the oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
    Arrange the burgers by placing a little cilantro dressing on the top of the buns, followed by the cauliflower and broccoli burger, a slice of Manchego cheese, tomato, avocado and top with a little cabbage. Enjoy

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the hamburger accompanied by potato wedges, yellow corn or sweet potato chips.

    TIPS

    You can use chickpea puree instead of mashed potatoes.
