Beef fillet with Chimichurri

If what you like the most is the meat, prepare this steak in a thin cut roasted and cut into strips served with a delicious fresh chimichurri, based on cilantro, parsley, red pepper, the strong touch of garlic and a spicy touch of tree chile This is a dish full of flavor for lovers of meat.

  • 2 cloves garlic, for chimichurri
  • 1/4 bunches fresh coriander, for chimichurri
  • 1/4 bunches parsley, for chimichurri
  • 1 red pepper, for chimichurri
  • 1 cup olive oil, ½ for chimichurri and ½ for meat marinade
  • 2 chile de árbol peppers, for chimichurri
  • 1 tablespoon salt, for chimichurri
  • 1 tablespoon whole black pepper, for chimichurri
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar, for chimichurri
  • 1 tablespoon paprika, or paprika, for marinade
  • 1/2 kilos flank steak, or beef filet, cut in savannah
  • to taste Salad, Chambray potatoes and trimmings.


Chop all the ingredients of the chimichurri finely, add to a bowl, mix and season to your liking. Rest and reserve in refrigeration.
In a marine bowl the meat with the olive oil and the paprika, reserves the preparation in refrigeration.
Heat a Vasconia® Basic Skillet with Teflon ™ and cook the meat to the desired term, season to your liking with a little more salt. Cut the meat and serve with the chimichurri that you prepared before, accompany it with a fresh salad, potato wedges or garnish cambray potatoes. Enjoy
