Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 on Knorr® mexican seasoning powder chili mix
  • 200 grams tomtato
  • 20 grams onion
  • 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 200 grams ground beef, of beef (sirloin)
  • 50 grams potato, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cups carrot, cooked, cubed
  • 1/4 cups pea, Cooked

Preparation

Blend the tomato, onion, garlic and water. Strain and reserve.
In a medium saucepan at medium heat, heat the oil and fry the onion.
Add the meat and seal it completely. Incorporate the vegetables to start cooking.
Pour the stew to fry it with the meat and vegetables.
Once the vegetables are cooked, sprinkle the envelope of Knorr® Flavors Mixture of Chilies.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a green salad.

TIPS

You can substitute ground beef for ground pork.
