Ingredients

6 servings
  • 500 grams of ground beef of beef, for meat
  • 500 grams of ground beef of pork, for meat

  • 6 slices of Manchego cheese
  • 2 tomatoes in slices
  • 1 avocado in slices

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for hamburger meat.
    Form hamburgers with good sized hands.
    In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry each hamburger until they are cooked. Drain on absorbent paper.
    Open the lettuce leaves and place the meat inside, a slice of cheese, slices of tomato and avocado. Close and offer.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with sweet potato or beet chips.
