Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr® Beef Broth
  • 500 grams beef, in pieces
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 onions, filleted
  • 1 Chili pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons soy
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups cornmeal
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1/2 cups lettuce
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 1/2 cups fresh cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander, chopped

Preparation

In a pan fry the meat, add 1 teaspoon of Knorr® Sabor Res Broth, the chopped tomatoes, the sliced ​​onion and the chopped chili. Move until the meat is well cooked. Add a pinch of pepper and soy sauce.
In a deep bowl add the cornmeal, ½ teaspoon of salt and water. Knead until obtaining a soft dough. Make oval balls with the dough, flatten and fry in a pan with oil. Reserve on a plate with kitchen napkins to remove excess fat.
Add a little of the meat mixture to each huarache, sprinkle the lettuce, chopped onion, cilantro, cream and cheese.
Serve immediately.

TIPS

- To season your stews with meat, use 2 tablespoons of Knorr® Broth Res flavor (24g) for every 1.5 kg of the ingredients of your choice. - Makes 6 servings. - It is not necessary to add salt. - To make the steaks juicier, sprinkle Knorr® Caldo Sabor Res and cook with just one turn in the pan.
