Seal the medallions in hot oil.
Filete the mushrooms.
In the same pan, cook the mushrooms.
Dissolve Maizena® Corn starch in water.
Add the Maizena® to the mushrooms.
Leave to cook for 4 minutes.
Add the medallions.
To serve.
