Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo fish steak
  • 1/2 kilos bacon
  • 250 grams mushroom, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 sticks butter
  • 1 picture chicken consommé

Preparation

Slice the fillet approximately 1 inch thick.
Season it and roll the bacon around the slices, holding them with chopsticks.
Fry the cornstarch with a little butter until it has a dark color.
In a cup of boiling water dissolve the bucket of broth of chicken broth and add the corn starch with the mushrooms.
