"Breaded" Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 pieces of chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups of cornflakes cereal Special K chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1/2 Cup of fat free skim milk
  • 1/4 of Cup of egg white
  • cooking spray

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    Put cereal in a blender and blend until finely chopped and measure about 3/4 cup. Put the flour and pepper on another plate. Mix egg whites and milk in another small plate.
    Pass each chicken breast through the flour, then through the egg whites and finally through the mixture of cereal to breed.
    Put the breasts in a tray to cook and add a spray of Pam on each side. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Serve immediately.

    La hice y encanto en mi casa ... solo que me encontraron un poco seco el pollo ... imagino que se debe a la poca costumbre Jjaja pero el plato encanto junto a una ensalada con quinoa!!! Riquísimo !!!

    A mi y a mim familia le encanta este platillo de milanesas de pollo enpanizadas acompanadas de ensalada y papas doradas. delicioso platillo.

    Hola Gerardo, te recomendamos que las hornees por 15 minutos o hasta que estén cocidas del centro. Saludos :D

    Muy Rico Me gustan las pechugas delgadas, si las fileteo cuanto tiempo menos debería hornearlas?!!
