Rich recipe for chicken cut into pieces bathed in a curry sauce. Served with raisins, coconut and almonds.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 5 chicken breasts, in squares
  • 2 bars butter
  • 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 cups chicken consommé
  • 1/4 liters cream
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons curry
  • 1/2 lemons, juice and zest of its peel
  • almonds
  • raisins
  • coconuts
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Melt the butter and brown the chicken. When cooked, remove from heat. Melt more butter and brown the onion. Then add the flour and move with a balloon whisk. Add little by little the consommé, the wine and the cream (until a thick sauce is obtained)
Season with salt, pepper, put zest and juice of 1/2 lemon and 1/4 teaspoon of curry.
Lower the heat, add the chicken and season about 10 minutes.
Serve with basmati rice, raisins, coconut and almonds.

Cambié la crema por leche de coco y la mantequilla por aceite de coco. Le da un sabor delicioso. Adorné con arándanos. Fue un éxito :)

buena Buena solo sutituiría barra y 1/2 de mantequilla por 1/4 taza de aceite de canola, para quitarle calorías y hacerlo mas sano, saludos
