A delicious selection of meat bathed in a tropical mixture of pineapple, mustard and baked mayonnaise.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cups mustard
  • 500 grams Pineapple in syrup
  • garlic salt
  • to taste ground black pepper
  • 1 aluminum foil

Preparation

Wash the chicken and marinate with the garlic salt and pepper for 30 minutes.
To make the sauce in a bowl mix the mayonnaise, the mustard, and add the pineapple in small pieces together with the syrup.
Once the chicken pieces are marinated, they are submerged in the sauce, emptied into a refractory garnished with a few slices of pineapple and covered with aluminum, proceeding to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. It is left baking for 20 to 25 minutes constantly checking to turn the pieces to achieve a golden effect.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate the dish with well-washed pineapple peel or a rich apple salad.

TIPS

For a better flavor of the chicken, let it marinate overnight.
