Preparation
The chicken is washed and marinated with the garlic salt and pepper for 30 minutes.
To make the sauce in a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, the mustard, and add the pineapple in small pieces along with the syrup.
Once the chicken pieces have been marinated, they are then immersed in the sauce, pouring everything into a refractory, garnishing with a few slices of pineapple and covered with aluminum, proceeding to take them to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. It is left to bake for 20 to 25 minutes, constantly checking to turn the pieces, achieving a golden effect.
