Preparation
Wash the chicken and marinate with the garlic salt and pepper for 30 minutes.
To make the sauce in a bowl mix the mayonnaise, the mustard, and add the pineapple in small pieces together with the syrup.
Once the chicken pieces are marinated, they are submerged in the sauce, emptied into a refractory garnished with a few slices of pineapple and covered with aluminum, proceeding to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. It is left baking for 20 to 25 minutes constantly checking to turn the pieces to achieve a golden effect.
