Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 breasts, boneless
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 500 milliliters sour cream
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic

Preparation

Season the breasts and let rest.
Cook over low heat spinach with a little water for 5 minutes and cut the cooking with ice water, then liquefy the spinach with the salt pepper cream and the clove of garlic, reserve.
In a pan place the oil and the breasts cook for a minute on each side and pour the spinach cream, cook until it boils so that the chicken will be juicy inside and golden on the outside and go!
