This recipe is a delicious oriental dish of Chinese noodles with chicken and almonds. Do not forget to vary your meals and surprise your family with this exquisite dish. You will surprise them.
First of all we are going to prepare all the vegetables and the chicken.
Peel the onion and cut it into julienne strips (in thin strips).
Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and cut into strips more or less fine and not too long.
Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
Finally take the breasts and cut into small pieces or thin strips (to your liking).
Put 5 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a large pan.
Put on medium heat and add the raw almonds.
Leave until the almonds are golden on all sides.
When the almonds are ready dry with a slotted spoon and reserve them.
Season the chicken with a little salt of fine salt and ground black pepper.
Raise the fire where the pan is with the oil.
When the oil is very hot add the chicken and brown it well.
When the chicken has picked a dry color with a slotted spoon and reserve.
Now we leave the oil over medium heat and add the peppers.
Leave for 5 minutes and then add the onion.
Leave for another 5 minutes and then add the mushrooms.
Leave until the vegetables are at their point.
When the vegetables are almost ready, heat a pot with water and salt.
Cook the Chinese noodles following the instructions that come in the package. Then drain them well.
The vegetables should be ready so it is time to add the chicken and the almonds that we had reserved.
Add the soy sauce and stir well.
Then add the Chinese noodles in several batches while mixing everything.
If you do not fit everything in the pan you can mix it in the same pot where you have cooked the noodles.
When everything is well mixed try and if you think it necessary add a little more soy sauce.
