This recipe is a classic in the kitchen ... from my aunt, I liked to share it because it is very easy to make and gives a different touch to the chicken of every day, try it and add your touch. You will see that the whole family would like it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken milanesa (breaded)
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • oils, necessary amount

Preparation

Make sure your slices are even and well flattened, add salt and pepper powder to each one and on both sides, place them in a deep dish.
If you prefer you can add seasoning or garlic to give them more flavor, add the milk and put them in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to take the taste of the milk.
Once the 20 minutes have passed, you can fry them and accompany them with whatever you prefer.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with the variety of rice you prefer, fried or spaghetti beans and of course a salad.

TIPS

If you like breaded chicken breasts just add the bread crumbs and you will be very rich.
