Ingredients: 1 cube Knorr® tomato bouillon; 1/2 chorizos, with little fat, finely chopped; 3 tablespoons chipotle chile in adobo sauce, ground; 1 potato , cut into 3x3 cubes; 4 chicken drumsticks, and skinless thigh (joined or separated); 2 leaves bay; 2 cups water

In a pot over medium heat, sauté the chorizo to release the fat and fry it completely. Add the chicken and brown well using the same fat released by the chorizo, once it is fried, remove the excess fat.
