Try the perfect combination of chicken fajitas and mexican beef and fall in love with its delicious taste that you will not want to stop eating.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, julienned
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into fajitas
  • lemons
  • ground peppers
  • salt
  • fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1/2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 jalapeno Peppers, cut into squares or strips
  • 2 beef steaks, cut into fajitas

Preparation

Lightly coat a pan with the olive oil once it is very hot. (Approximately it takes like 10 minutes)
Add the chicken and meat to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, add the onion, tomato and jalapeño peppers and cook for another 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and add the juice of a lemon.

PRESENTATION

Add chopped cilantro on top of the fajitas. Serve with flour or corn tortillas if you prefer.
