Preparation
Heat the butter in a 22 cm frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan.
Lower the light and add the onion, cook until translucent.
Add the soup, apple juice, mustard and parsley to the pan. Cook until it starts to boil and add the chicken. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
