Ingredients

10 portions
  • 500 grams pork leg
  • 500 grams black beef pulp
  • 500 grams flank steak
  • 10 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 onions, cut into cubes
  • 3 green bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • to taste sauce, of chile piquín

Preparation

Cut the 3 varieties of meat into medium cubes, making sure they are the same size.
Heat a metal disk or a large skillet, fry the bacon . Add the onion and pepper, stirring constantly until the vegetables are lightly browned.
Add the pork leg and the beef pulp, cook until golden brown.
Add the flank steak, season with Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth and mix.
Add the water, cook for 2 more minutes and serve.

TIPS

Serve with chopped corn, onion and cilantro tortillas. Add a little chili pepper sauce.
