Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 4 tablespoons English sauce
  • 3/4 cups Water
  • 3 tablespoons ground pepper
  • 1 gram cognac, or brandy
  • 1 Cube chicken consommé

Preparation

The loin is roasted in the pan with salt and pepper. It is turned over (only once) and a little butter and a splash of brandy are placed on top. Allow a golden crust to form.
Brown the flour in the butter and stir with a balloon whisk for 1 minute.
Add the cup of water with the consommé and stir until it boils over low heat, mixing constantly so that no lumps are formed.
Add the English sauce and then add a little cognac or brandy. Finally the ground pepper is added.
To serve the pork loin is well cooked and sliced ​​and bathed in hot sauce.

Muy buena receta pero recomiendo agregar la harina al como último en la salsa para que disuelva más pronto.
