Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1/4 pork rind, thin
  • 1 kilo green tomato, washed and disinfected
  • 50 grams fresh coriander, washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 onions, medium, washed and disinfected
  • serrano peppers, to taste, washed and disinfected
  • 1/4 panela cheese, grated
  • salt, to taste
  • tortillas, the necessary

Preparation

Chop the tomatoes in small squares, cilantro, onion, chilies and put everything together in a container
The chicharrón is split into small pieces and incorporated into tomato, cilantro, onion and chili peppers.
Add the previously striped panela cheese, add salt to taste and stir everything.
