  • 1 package Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®, Butter
  • 300 grams potato
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Chile de árbol pepper
  • 300 grams sausage
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Preparation

Cook the potatoes in salted water. Peel the potatoes. Cut them into cubes.
Crumble the chorizo.
Add oil to a pan. Fry onion. Add chile. Place the chorizo.
Incorporate the potatoes. Season
Cook for 5 minutes.
Heat the Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® on both sides.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with flour tortillas.
