Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 cups green tomato, For the sauce
  • 1/4 onions, For the sauce
  • 4 serrano peppers, For the sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, For the sauce
  • 1 branch fresh coriander, For the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/4 onions, filleted
  • 4 beef steaks
  • 2 cups nopal, Cooked
  • 2 white potatoes, cut into medium and precooked cubes
  • to taste salt
  • to taste corn tortilla, To accompany

Preparation

Heat the water, add the tomatoes, the onion, the serrano pepper and cook 5 min.
Blend the tomatoes, onion, chili, serrano, garlic and cilantro.
Heat the oil, add the onion and fry until this transparent add the meat and cook for 5 minutes until cooked.
Add the nopales, the potatoes, pour the sauce and season with salt. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve with tortillas and white rice.

PRESENTATION
