Preparation
Wash our chicken breast in the sink.
Once the breast is clean, put it in a pot and add the 2 liters of water, garlic and a quarter of an onion.
We light our pot with the chicken in our stove and when it starts to boil, let the water cook for 20 minutes.
Once the breast is cooked, we take it out of the water and crumble our chicken into thin strips.
We split our 1/2 kg of tomato into cubes and split our remaining onions into slices.
In a preheated pan add a tablespoon of oil, a pinch of salt, the chicken, our can of chipotle chilies, the tomato and the onion that we just chopped. Let season for 10 minutes.
Wash our nopales and in a large pan put them to fry with the oil and sprinkle the salt. Approximately take 10 minutes.
We split our onions and crushed our cheese.
Our last step is to place a nopal already cooked on a plate and on top we add our chicken tinga to the taste, we will accompany it with the lettuce and cheese.
