Heat the water in a pot over medium heat, and once it comes to a boil, season with salt and add Barilla® Collezione Casarecce 500 g. Cook for 9 minutes or according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. Cook Barilla® Pesto Sauce in a deep pan over medium heat for 3 minutes and gradually pour in the water until dissolved. Then, add the Barilla® Collezione Casarecce 500 g. Set aside. For the pears: melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sugar, honey, ground cinnamon, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes or until well combined. Mix the pears with the previous preparation and set aside. Serve the pasta and garnish with Brie cheese and caramelized pear.
