For the breading: Mix the breadcrumbs with basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined. Bread it! Season the chicken breasts on both sides and then coat them in flour until covered, then dip in beaten Huevo San Juan® pieces and finally, cover with the breadcrumb mixture. Once all the chicken breasts are breaded, brown them in a skillet with hot vegetable oil over medium-low heat to avoid burning the breading. Drain and set aside until use.
