Preparing a pasta with creamy tomato sauce will be a perfect dinner or the ideal companion for your meals. Pamper your family with this recipe for creamy pasta in tomato sauce, delicious and easy to prepare, in addition to being gratin in a refractory dish. For this recipe we use feather pasta, but you can use another form of short pasta, such as fusilli or screw, farfalle or bow tie.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • enough Water
  • 2 cups penne pasta, or pen
  • enough salt
  • 4 tomatoes, for the creamy sauce
  • 1/4 onions, for the creamy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, for the creamy sauce
  • 1 cup chicken soup, for the creamy sauce
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • enough butter
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 cup asadero cheese, diced
  • enough coriander, finely chopped

Preparation

In a pot over medium heat heat the water, once it boils add the salt and cook the pasta for 10 minutes, or until it is al dente. Strain and reserve.
For the tomato sauce, blend the tomatoes, onion and garlic. Reservation.
In a pot over low heat, melt the butter and pour the sauce, season with salt and pepper, and cook until it has a thick consistency, then add the cream, stir well and add the pasta, sprinkle with coriander, correct seasoning and reserve .
In a baking dish, place butter cubes and then serve the pasta, add the asadero cheese cubes and gratin for 15 minutes.

PRESENTATION

In a refractory, gratin with cheese and decorated with coriander. You can accompany with fresh salad.

TIPS

To know that your pasta is perfectly cooked, cut your pasta in half and you have to see a small edge of a different color on the pasta, that means that it is al dente.
