This Christmas prepares this delicious creamy fettuccine in a walnut sauce that will not only be the sensation for its sophisticated flavor, but because you only need 6 ingredients for the sauce. Do not forget to try this delicious version of pasta that will be the perfect garnish for your Christmas dinner.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 liters Water, (1L per c / 100g pasta)
  • enough salt
  • 400 grams Fettuccine La Moderna®, (2 packages)
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups goat cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/8 onions
  • 2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups Nestle media creama
  • 1 cup walnut, toast
  • 4 tablespoons goat cheese, crumbled, to decorate
  • 4 leaves fresh oregano, to decorate

Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat, boil the water and cook the Fettuccine La Moderna® with a little salt, according to the package instructions. Drain and reserve.
For the sauce, blend the cream cheese with goat cheese, garlic, onion, milk, half cream, walnut, salt and pepper until you get a sauce.
Melt the butter in a deep pot or pan and add the sauce. Once the boil is gone, add the pasta and season with salt, cook 5 minutes.
Serve the pasta and decorate with more walnut, some goat cheese and fresh oregano leaves.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with more chopped walnut, goat cheese and oregano.

TIPS

Make sure you toast the nut to add more flavor to the sauce.

Demasiado sabor a ajo y la crema se vuelve muy espesa sí se enfría. Se hace pastosa.
