Ingredients: 4 liters water, (1L per 100g pasta); salt; 400 grams fettuccine La Moderna®, (2 packages); 190 grams cream cheese; 1/4 cups goat cheese; 1 clove garlic; 1/8 onions; 2 cups evaporated milk; 1/2 cups table cream; 1 cup walnuts, toasted; 4 tablespoons goat cheese, crumbled, for garnish; 4 leaves fresh oregano, for garnish

In a pot over medium heat, boil water and cook Fettuccine La Moderna® with a bit of salt, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. For the sauce, blend the cream cheese with the goat cheese, garlic, onion, milk, half-and-half, walnuts, salt, and pepper until you get a smooth sauce.
