Ingredients: water; salt; 1 package Barilla Fusilli®, 500 g; 1/2 cups butter; 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped; 250 grams shrimp, clean; 250 grams clams; 100 grams squid, in rings; vegetable oil, for frying; 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped; 3 cups tomato, blanched, shelled, diced; 4 basil; 1/4 teaspoons oregano; 1/2 cups white wine; salt; pepper; 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped, for garnish; 1 lemon, sliced, for garnish; 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated, for garnish

Heat enough water in a pot over medium-high heat, and once it boils, add salt. Wait for it to boil again and add Barilla Fusilli®. Cook according to the package instructions, approximately 8 minutes. Remove the pasta from the heat, drain, and set aside. Pour oil into a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion. Once it is transparent, add the shrimp, clam, squid, and cook for about 8 minutes, then remove and set aside.
