Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Delicious pasta with shrimp prepared with a little chili and garlic. An exquisite pasta dish full of flavor.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/2 kilo of shrimp large, peeled, without veins and each cut in 3 pieces
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 5 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic crushed
  • Salt
  • 1/2 kilo of penne pasta or fussilli
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of dry pepper peperoncino
  • 2 teaspoons of flour
  • 1/2 Cup of White wine or vermouth
  • 1/2 Cup of parsley chopped
  • 3/4 of Cup of clam juice
  • 3 spoonfuls of unsalted butter cold
  • 1 teaspoonful of lemon juice

    Preparation

    Mix olive oil, 2 teaspoons of chopped garlic and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a bowl. Add the cut shrimp and let marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature.
    Heat 4 cloves of crushed garlic and the other 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally to avoid burning the garlic, cook 4-7 minutes. Remove the garlic from the pan and reserve the pan for another step.
    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until it is "al dente". Reserve 1/2 cup of the water in which the pasta was cooked. Once the pasta is dry, return to the pot where it was cooked.
    While the pasta is cooking, return the pan with oil over medium heat and add the shrimp with its marinade. Cook the shrimp for 1-2 minutes, stir in the shrimp and continue cooking for 1 minute more. Remove the shrimp and reserve. Add the dried chili and 3 teaspoons of chopped garlic to the pan and cook for 1 minute. Add the flour and cook for another minute. Pour the wine and cook another minute. Add the clam juice and the chopped parsley and let the mixture thicken, between 1 and 2 minutes.
    Remove the pan from the heat and add the cold butter and the lemon juice. Pour the sauce on the pasta and add the shrimp. (Adjust the consistency of the sauce with the water that was reserved from the pasta). Season with salt and pepper and serve with slices of lemon.

    Pasta riquísima en poco tiempo. Otra forma de preparar la pasta y queda exquisita la recomiendo 100 %  gracias por estas recetas tan maravillosas
