Preparation
Peel the potatoes, cut them and put them to boil. When they are ready, with the potatoes still hot, make the mash, without leaving large pieces.
Put the puree and make a hole in the center, place the 2 eggs, oil, nutmeg and a little salt. Mix everything.
Knead with 350 grams of flour, it has to be quite soft. If it is too soft, add a little more flour.
Make the strips and cut the gnocchi, adding flour so they do not stick.
Put a pot of water and salt on the fire to cook, once it boils put them in the water and when they rise to the surface remove them.
