Preparation
Sauté garlic with 2 tablespoons of oil and butter until it begins to brown.
Add the diced tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes, until the juice starts to come out and change color.
Add the basil, pepper and salt.
Wash and disinfect the mushrooms, cut them into slices. In a pan add a teaspoon of olive oil and add the mushrooms, cook on low heat for 5 minutes or less.
Parallel in a pot, boil 4 liters of water with two tablespoons of oil, and a few slices of onion.
When the water starts to bubble, add the pasta.
Cook the pasta in the boiled water for about 8 - 12 minutes until it is al dente.
Remove the pasta from the water with a strainer and bathe in cold water to stop cooking the pasta.
Add the sauce to the pasta, followed by the cheese.
