Preparation
For the pasta stir the flour, the royal and the fish stock in a deep bowl until it has lumps and is a little thick.
For the filling: Pour the ingredients into the bowl together with the pasta, reserve the bacon. Heat a comal or preferably a round-bottomed pan with teflon and, when greased, add the mixture. EYE: IT MUST BE "VERY HOT" THE SHEET OTHERWISE WILL BE STICKED.
Before turning the mixture, pieces of bacon are placed on top of it, wait for 5 or 8 minutes with the slow fire and turn as if it were a hot cake.
After about 5 minutes of having turned the cake, a toothpick is inserted and if it comes out clean it is added a light layer of mayonnaise, tonkatsu sauce (available in Asian food stores), powdered nori and dried fish powder and READY you can enjoy your delicious OKONOMIYAKI.
