Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams penne pasta
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 250 grams Salmon, chopped
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • to taste black pepper, to taste
  • parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Heat 10 cups of water in a large pot. When it begins to boil add the penne and cook for approximately 5-7 minutes or until the pasta is al dente. To ensure that al dente tastes the pasta and remove from the water when it is still a little hard.
Remove the paste from the water and cool a little with cold water to stop cooking.
In a large skillet, heat the oil and cook the chopped onion until transparent (not golden brown). Add the salmon and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
Add cream and capers and season with salt and pepper.
Add the pasta to the sauce and serve immediately.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
