Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams penne pasta, Luigi Rigate High Protein
  • 250 grams Serrano ham, cut into strips
  • 300 grams asparagus, tips
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 cups milk cream
  • 1 teaspoon consommé
  • 1 on saffron
  • parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

In a pan fry the onion and asparagus in the olive oil.
In another pan sauté the serrano ham.
Mix the broth with a little water, dilute the saffron, add it to the asparagus, add the cream, salt and pepper.
Cook the pasta according to package directions and drain.
Mix hot with asparagus, serve and garnish with ham and Parmesan cheese.

TIPS

If you prefer you can not fry the ham, use it raw and place it on top of the pasta already served.
