Spaghetti bolognese is a very popular Italian straight. It is a pasta with a tomato sauce and ground beef that is very tasty. Perfect for family cooking, you will see that everyone will love it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 600 grams ground beef
  • 2 carrots, washed, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 4 tomatoes, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups mashed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons basil, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 800 grams spaghetti, La Moderna cooked al dente in salted water
  • 1/4 cups parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

In a hot pan add the olive oil, fry the onion and garlic.
Add ground beef and carrots and mix until golden brown.
Add the tomato, tomato puree, basil, salt and pepper to taste.
Bathe the spaghetti with the Bolognese.

PRESENTATION

Place a part of the spaghetti on each plate, toss the bolognese and finally a touch of Parmesan cheese.
