Preparation
Soak the saffron in 1 tablespoon of wine, while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Meanwhile, cook onions and celery in a pan with oil for 1 minute.
Add the wine to the pan and let it boil over high heat until it is reduced by two thirds.
Add the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0%, mustard, saffron and dill.
Drain the pasta and serve on hot plates.
Add the seafood to the mixture in the pan, heat and pour over the pasta.
Serve immediately with the grated Parmesan cheese.
