Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 chicken Milanesa (breaded)
  • 500 grams sour cream
  • to taste chipotle chili
  • 1 package Spaghetti La Moderna®
  • 3 potatoes

Preparation

Cut the chicken into medium squares. In a pot with water and salt place the pasta, cook until al dente.
Slice the potatoes into thin slices. Blend the cream with the chipotle pepper until it is completely integrated.
In a pan cook the potatoes with a little oil, add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the spaghetti and the chipotle sauce, stir until integrated.

TIPS

You can add some pepper to the chicken so that it tastes better.
