A rich and easy recipe of spaghetti with shrimp cream ideal for Lent or any dinner you have scheduled.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 400 grams of spaghetti pasta
  • 400 grams of shrimp medium in squares
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1/2 piece of onion finely chopped
  • 200 grams of bacon chopped
  • 1 1/2 cans of Nestle media creama
  • 1 can of tomato puree (little)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Parmesan cheese to taste

    Preparation

    Cook the spaghetti al dente and reserve.
    Add a tablespoon of oil to a large saucepan and leave over medium heat.
    Place the garlic and then the onion. Let cook 2 minutes.
    Add the bacon and leave to heat until it cooks.
    Then add the shrimp to the preparation and move until the shrimp change color.
    Add the half cream and the tomato puree, mix well until it turns pink. Let cook 5 more minutes.
    At the end add the spaghetti and incorporate all the ingredients very well.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve on a plate and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on a platter with garlic bread and a little parsley.

    TIPS

    You can substitute pork bacon for turkey bacon.
