Ingredients

3 portions
  • 200 grams spaghetti
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/4 liters milk
  • 4 tablespoons cream
  • 100 grams yellow cheese, or American in pieces

Preparation

Cook the spaghetti in a liter of boiling water with a little salt until it is perfectly cooked, drained and reserved.
In a pan pour the milk, add 2 tablespoons of cream and add to medium heat.
Add the spaghetti in the pan and stir, after a few minutes add the pieces of cheese and stir.
Turn off the flame and add the other two tablespoons of cream on the pasta, cover the pan so that the cheese melts.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a deep dish and decorate to taste.

TIPS

The cheese should be at room temperature. You can also add the cheese on the pasta and gratine with the cream. You can accompany with horn or box bread.
