Ingredients: water, for the pasta cooking; 1 pinch salt, for the pasta cooking; 1 package La Moderna® spaghetti, 450 g; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 3 eggs; 1 egg yolk; 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated; pepper; 1 cup bacon, finely chopped; 500 grams shrimp, peeled and cleaned; 1/4 cups water, pasta cooking water; parsley, finely chopped, for garnish

Heat water in a pot and add salt when it boils, then wait for it to return to a boil and pour in the Spaghetti La Moderna®. Cook for 9 to 11 minutes, then drain, let cool, add a tablespoon of olive oil, and set aside. Mix the eggs with the egg yolk, parmesan cheese, and a little pepper in a bowl until well combined. Refrigerate covered with plastic wrap.
