Ingredients

2 portions
  • 8 cups romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups shrimp, Cooked
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 2/3 cups wheat pasta
  • 4 tablespoons caesar dressing, Light

Preparation

Toast the nuts a little and set aside. Cook the pasta, season and set aside.
Divide the lettuce in two portions, add the pasta, the shrimp and the nuts.

PRESENTATION

Add the dressing and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese.

TIPS

If you prefer, you can grill the shrimp a little.
