Preparation
Make the couscous according to the instructions in the box.
In a large bowl, mix the couscous with the pepper, onion, cucumber, tomato, parsley and feta.
In a small deep bowl, make the vinaigrette combining olive oil with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mix the couscous with the vinaigrette and serve.
