Ingredients

5 portions
  • 2 cups salmon, cut into cubes
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 10 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Salsa Huichol® habanero hot sauce
  • 1 pinch ground pepper
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 teaspoons salt, 2 for salmon, 1 for avocado cream.
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters
  • 5 branches fresh coriander, to decorate

Preparation

Mix in a bowl the salmon, lemon juice, olive oil, coriander, Huichol Habanero® sauce, pepper, salt, perfectly and let stand for 5 minutes in the refrigerator.
Grind the avocado, the whipping cream, the mayonnaise, the salt in a blender until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Serve in salmon glasses, followed by avocado cream. Garnish with cherry and cilantro sprigs.

PRESENTATION

Serve in individual glasses.

TIPS

You can also mount on toast.
