Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 french lettuce
  • 100 grams smoked salmon
  • 1/4 red onions, chopped
  • to taste olive oil
  • to taste black peppercorn
  • to taste salt
  • 1 yellow lemon
  • 1 egg, hard

Preparation

Chop the onion in small squares.
Crumble the salmon and stir with onion and lettuce.
