Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of mushroom
  • 1/2 piece of cauliflower cut into small pieces
  • 1 Cup of cherry tomato Various colors
  • 1 piece of fennel cut into medium pieces
  • 1 jar of Extra Special® Gentle Garlic Cloves with Fine Herbs
  • 3 teaspoons of Extra Special® organic sea salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian herb
  • 1 tablespoon of basil leaf to decorate
  • 3 spoonfuls of Parmesan cheese grated

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a large bowl, mix mushrooms, cauliflower, tomatoes, fennel and garlic with vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs very well.
    Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until the vegetables are soft, stirring occasionally.
    Chill lightly and serve with the basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese.
