Ingredients

  • 1 kilo mushroom
  • 1/2 cauliflowers, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomato, Various colors
  • 1 fennel, cut into medium pieces
  • 1 jar Extra Special® Gentle Garlic Cloves with Fine Herbs
  • 3 teaspoons Extra Special® organic sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Italian herb
  • 1 tablespoon basil leaf, to decorate
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a large bowl, mix mushrooms, cauliflower, tomatoes, fennel and garlic with vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs very well.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until the vegetables are soft, stirring occasionally.
Chill lightly and serve with the basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese.
