Delicious and fresh salad of nopalitos cured with salt accompanied by fresh coriander, black beans, tomato, fresh green beans, purple onion seasoned with a lemon vinaigrette. Ideal to follow a healthy and nutritious diet.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1/2 Cup of lemon juice for the dressing
  • 1 Cup of olive oil for the dressing
  • 1 clove of garlic for the dressing
  • 3 spoonfuls of bee honey for the dressing
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 2 pieces of nopal cut into strips
  • 1/2 Cup of sea salt for nopales
  • 1/4 of piece of red onion filleted
  • 1/2 Cup of black bean without liquid
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of bean green, bleached
  • 1 Cup of tomato cut into cubes
  • 1 pinch of oregano

    Preparation

    Add to the blender the lemon juice with the olive oil, garlic and honey, season with salt, pepper and liquefy perfectly well so that the ingredients are incorporated. Reserve the preparation.
    In a bowl add the nopales cut with the grain salt and rub them until they have a smooth consistency and take a bright green color. Rinse the nopales with plenty of water to avoid them being too salty. Drain nopales to avoid having drool.
    In a bowl mix the nopales with the purple onion, the black beans, the cilantro, the beans and the tomato, season with a little oregano to taste.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the salad with a touch of avocado and olive oil droplets.

    TIPS

    The curing is a delicious way to prepare nopales since they remain with a bright green color and an incredible flavor.
