For the pasta, in a pot heat the water until it reaches a boiling point, add the salt and add the raisin so that it is cooked al dente, according to the packing instructions. Remove from cooking, strain, cool and reserve.
In a bowl mix the pasta with the pineapple, ham, onion, celery, carrot, add the mustard, cream, mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper to your taste. Mix all the ingredients until all the ingredients are creamy, serve and enjoy.
