Ingredients: 1 1/2 kilos new potatoes, or potato; 3/4 cups mayonnaise; 3 tablespoons rice vinegar; 3 tablespoons chives, chopped fresh; 1 bunch celery, cut into cubes; 1/4 cups fresh parsley, chopped; 1/4 cups basil; 2 tablespoons lime juice; 1 tablespoon lemon zest; 1/2 cups radish, cut into julienne; salt; pepper

Bring the potatoes to a boil in a large pot with plenty of water. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and cook the potatoes for 20 minutes or until done. Remove the potatoes from the water and let them cool (approximately 20 minutes).
